Here’s how this will go … If you are interested in joining the measurements challenge, come see Coach Adam THIS WEEK to get your initial measurements completed. You MUST get your measurements completed this week by Coach Adam only. Having the same coach take the measurements will ensure continuity throughout the process. PHF Fam! Moving forward, we will be using our blog to put out news and updates on what’s happening in our amazing little world! We will CLOSED Easter Sunday, April 4th. Priority Health and Fitness will be holding summer camps this year! We are very excited to introduce our newly developed Summer of Strength program to ages 12 and up! This program will teach strength movements with the barbell from the ground up, introducing or expanding the athletes current technique. This will allow for safety in their future of training, as well as optimizing potential for strength. In addition to extensive barbell technique, we will spend focused time on nutrition as it relates to recovery and building strength. One of the main challenges to fitness of any level is understanding nutritional needs. Learning these concepts from an early age can create necessary habits for a lifetime. Camp time will also be spent on understanding recovery techniques, injury relief, proper stretching, mobility and last but not least, etiquette. MOOREPOWER IS BACK! MooreMuscle is once again proudly sponsoring the third edition of MoorePower! MoorePower Chapter 3 will be along the same lines as the previous two; a private, invite only Powerlifting Meet held at the brand new Priority Health and Fitness facility in Odenton Maryland. This edition of MoorePower will split the meet into two days, Saturday February 20th for the Novice Class and Sunday February 21st for the Elite Class. Members of Priority Health and Fitness, the MooreMuscle Barbell Club and Bear Proof Barbell will meet up to lift some heavy weight, break PR’s, forge new friendships and collect some awesome trophies. The MoorePower Meets are focused on positivity, support for fellow athletes and gaining experience in the competitive world of Powerlifting.
