Good Morning PHF! It is that time of year again and we are going to be running our toy drive! We are so excited to be able to do this each year to help give children in need the Christmas they deserve! Please bring in a toy during the next two weeks and leave them with our front desk. We will deliver the toys after the 15th so they can get where they need to go in time for Christmas. Thank you all so much for being our PHF family!

Exercise isn’t a depression cure-all (there’s no such thing!) But plenty of research has shown that exercise can reduce or even prevent symptoms of depression. Among people with depression and similar health conditions, exercise appears to have substantial mental health benefits. For instance, a review published in the Journal of Neurology found that exercise can significantly improve depressive symptoms and quality of life when used as an add-on therapy to usual treatment.
