We talk a lot about our clients and their amazing fitness and life journeys but we rarely mention our journey as a fitness center.  PHF was started with REAL fitness in mind.  The reality of fitness and what it really takes to change your life.  PHF has always encouraged changes one step at a time and celebrated each one of those steps.  As we have grown from a living room to a fully equipped fitness center, we have always kept the reality of the journey in mind.  The struggle is real, despite what you see on social media.  Fitness is hard, really hard.  It requires a true desire to make yourself a better person, even if that is only one less chocolate at a time. The journey of our small place is still just beginning and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the next few years bring.
