You have probably seen our new Rogue Rhino Belt Squat at PHF, and it is a MONSTER. Have you tried it yet? One really important benefit of the Belt Squat is that it allows the athlete to load the lower body without loading the spine or using the upper body, so it is extremely useful for athletes with tricky backs and shoulders. This has been a productive week at PHF! With the Rogue boxes and construction happening at the gym, we wanted to share some of our recent updates! Starting with our handcrafted front desk, this was built by our talented Coach Thom! Next, we wanted to go all out and spoil ourselves with matching Rogue benches and cages! MoorePower Chapter 4 was our biggest success yet! From our amazing MC to all of our new equipment to the strongest lineup we’ve had yet, MoorePower 4 was an incredible day. Shoutout to our setup crew, who painted and cleaned down to the smallest detail and had PHF looking brand new, our bar loaders, scoring table, social media rockstar and our badass photographer! We are so grateful to everyone who came out and supported and all of our athletes who put on one hell of a show! We can’t wait for MoorePower Chapter 5 coming in February 2022!
