New to the fitness world a few years ago Thom completed his first workout, almost passed out and fell in love. Since that first day Thom has gone full speed into learning fitness from the ground up. His quiet devotion to educating himself spilled over into the members around him as he began to help with form and motivation. As his knowledge base developed and his physique continued to change, others began looking to him for more and more advice. In a further push to gain knowledge, Thom became a certified training and coach by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has since competed in Powerlifting and become an integral part of Priority Health and Fitness. In addition to his growing fitness knowledge, his lifelong experience and education in design and all aspects of construction has made him key in the move to our new PHF location.
