Mental Health & Exercise

September is National Suicide Prevention Month. One of the most positive things we can do to help mental health is exercise and training. Regular exercise can have a positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. But this is not the only benefit of exercise; exercise can also relieve stress, improve memory, help you sleep better, and boost your overall mood.

Research indicates that frequent amounts of exercise can make a real difference. It doesn’t matter if you are 16 or 61, exercise can be used as a powerful tool to improve your mental health, boost your energy and outlook, and just get more out of life.
