Powerlifting

Want to get stronger? More confident? Healthier? This is where you do it. PHF Powerlifting is all about strength. We have two rules; safety, then strength. You get hurt, you can’t workout, so we dial in technique to the finest detail. As we progress through technique, we push the limits of your strength and truly prove to you that “You are stronger than you think you are.”

Teen Powerlifting

One of the worst things that can happen to a young person is to be taught poor weight training technique at a young age. Poor technique ends in injury and limited performance. We teach strength training from the ground up and the lessons and confidence will last a lifetime.

Strength and Conditioning

This class combines basic strength training with a lot of conditioning! If you are in it to lose a few pounds and shape some beautiful muscle, this is where you do it! The award winning coaches keep you moving and motivated!

Specialty Classes

These classes are included in our private membership and include; Butts and Guts, Barre and Mobility! These extra classes are built into the schedule to allow you to enjoy them without missing your program classes!
