It’s inspiring to be surrounded by like-minded individuals. It’s SO tough to push yourself on your own and stay motivated alone. It doesn’t get more motivating then an encouraging instructor and supportive people all working hard together. It encourages you to dig deeper and push harder in your workouts.
You’re able to just show up. That’s all we require you to do is show up and be ready to work, without you having to think or plan what you’re doing for the hour. Each class is structured and planned ahead for you. We always have a plan and we always have modifications for every fitness level.
- PROPER FORM.
Form is SO important. It’s our instructors job to not only show you proper form, but also make sure everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way. Doing each movement properly not only allows you to get the most out of each exercise but it also helps to eliminate injury.
We offer several different classes; boot camp type classes (Cycle Program), HIIT classes (Maintenance), Strength training classes, Barbell classes, Yoga, Strong by Zumba, Spinning, and Boxing Fundamentals! Having a variety of classes in your weekly workout regimen is a great way to create muscle confusion, which keeps your body guessing and vamps up your metabolism. Prevents from boredom too!
We care if you show up, we care if you come workout multiple times a week. We hold you accountable for coming. We also require you to sign into your classes you come to in advanced, if you’re signed in and it’s in your schedule there’s a good chance you’re not gonna miss it.
