Next Session of Teen Fit!

The next session of Teen Fit will be July 28th – August 18th, every Saturday morning at 10:00AM!  Your teen must be 12 or older to attend!  It is currently up on the app and ready for you to sign up!  Find it under “Courses”.

We will focus on weight training, athletic training, sport specific stretching, Olympic lifting, HIIT, multi-functional training and learn the basics of nutrition.
