We are teaching nutrition!  January 26th at 8:30AM!  This is a MUST attend for members!  Everything you do towards your goals starts with Nutrition!  Let us teach you the ins and outs of reaching your goals, stopping bad habits and how to write your own meal plan! Be there! ($35 non-members)

Assessment day! It’s party time! Assessment day is what you’re working from or working towards! Want to see how awesome you’ve become over the past 8 weeks? This is where you find out!

Assessment day will include food from Lin’s Cuisine, supplement samples from MooreMuscle, measurements, before and after pics, weigh-ins and the Fitness Assessment! Progress and success are measured differently for everyone! Did your physical fitness improve? Did your weight decrease? Did your measurements decrease? What goal will you put on the PHF Goals board?! What will you achieve? What are you capable of? It’s time to find out.

During this seminar we’ll tell you which foods are best to eat based on what your goals are; whether fitness or weight loss. From there we are going to review how to create a meal plan based on your goals. The best part….by the end is this seminar you will have a meal plan especially for you!

Nutrition is 80% of this process, so don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn what foods are the best for you!

This seminar is free to members and $35 for all non-members.

Come check out our boxing fundamentals coach Mike in action with 5 sparring rounds! Members, friends and family are all invited. $15 per ticket in advance and $20 at the door. Proceeds will be donated to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

What:  Memorial Day Workout (Military Appreciation – Murph)

In honor of Michael Muphy, we will be holding our annual Memorial Day Military Appreciation Workout!

This workout is named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, of Patchogue, NY killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

What is Murph?
1 mile run
100 burpees (modified from Pull-ups)
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

*other modifications will be available as needed.
